We’re looking for enthusiastic, friendly and professional Receptionists to join our incredible Front Office team at The Bodmin Jail Hotel.

As the first face our guests see, you’ll play a huge part in creating memorable experiences from the moment they arrive until they check out. No two days are ever the same!

💚 What you’ll be doing:
🔑 Welcoming guests with a warm Cornish smile
📞 Responding to enquiries via phone, email and social media
🛎️ Delivering smooth check-ins and check-outs
🏨 Working closely with Housekeeping, Food & Beverage and Sales to ensure every stay is exceptional
✨ Resolving guest requests with professionalism and care
📍 Sharing your knowledge of the hotel, Bodmin Jail Attraction and everything Cornwall has to offer
