Our staff work incredibly hard, often in very busy conditions and high temperatures, to keep the drinks flowing and make sure everyone enjoys their visit. During peak times, there may be a short wait to be served, but please remember our team is doing their very best.

We are proud of our staff and have a zero-tolerance policy towards rude, abusive, or disrespectful behaviour.

Anyone who is rude or disrespectful to our team will be asked to leave the premises.

We appreciate the vast majority of our customers who are friendly, patient, and understanding. Your support means a great deal to us and our staff.
