Congrats Mrs&Mrs Hendry. 🥳

Another buffet done, after a massive mix up this morning I had an extra buffet after working 2 days straight on 2 hours sleep. What better way to end the day gifting the extra to the newly weds.

Thank you for asking me to join your celebration. It was lovely to see yous happy. For now my bed is calling, my ribs creaky and my legs want ice.

P.s I hope you enjoy the mince and onion pie.

What an incredible couple of days we've had! It's been so lovely to see so many smiling faces, and we can't thank you enough for your continued support.

Just a reminder that we will be closed to the public tomorrow as we're catering for 2 large events. A private event inside the pavillion and a wedding in the evening. All so exciting .

I'm off to enjoy a well-earned couple of hours' rest before getting straight back to it!

We can't wait to welcome you all back on Monday morning. Until then, have a beautiful, relaxing weekend, and thank you once again for being part of our journey. ❤️

Jacket potatoes are back on the menu tomorrow just in time for dinner, jacket fillings are :

Cheese savoury
Beans and cheese
Bolognese
Tuna mayo
Prawn cocktail
Corned beef savoury

Cold stottie fillings tomorrow will be :

Tuna mayo
Ham salad
Cheese savoury
Corned beef savoury
Ham and cheese

Don't forget these can also be made into toasted stotties, similar to a panini / toastie.

All can be paired with a touch of salad
