With recent information regarding the illegal occupiers on our premises.

They have just been evicted from Fairbourne after illegally moving into a premises.

They are known to steal from the local area so please keep your stuff safe.

They also clame to be runing an animal sanctuary, this is not true so please do not give them any money.

The police are currently dealing with it for
Trespassing, criminal damage, and racial abuse on one of our former employees *for being and speaking welsh*
They are also stopping people for walking on the public footpaths around the area.

If you have had a problem whilst going up their please get in contact with us.

I am a former employee and have nothing to gain by writing this, only to make people aware of the situation.

We would advise individuals not to go near the Rhiw Goch building. Unfortunately a member of staff has been there as he has been asked by the owner to keep an eye and has faced threats of dogs being unleashed to attack him and abuse which included calling him names because of his Welsh Nationality. Padlocks have been broken to the outbuildings without consent and items many of which are irreplaceable some of historical value to the Rhiw Goch have been taken and burnt according to the individuals that are currently there.
We will be taking the matter further and the Police have been informed.

Cross foxes in Trawsfynydd has opened under new management and are opening for food to eat in or takeaway 😋
As we won't be opening in the near future we thought we'd give them our support

Rhiw Goch Inn near Trawsfynydd could return as a pub and holiday units

Please can everyone stay away from the building and surrounding land and under no circumstance should anyone try to enter the building. The internal walls of the building are very unsafe and due to the amount of rubble inside the risk of harm is high. Anyone caught entering the building will be reported to the police. Please also bear in mind that investigations are still taking place so under no circumstance should anything be tampered with.

Unfortunately there has been an extensive fire at the Rhiw Goch tonight. Thankfully there was nobody in the building at the time as it happened whilst it was closed. If anyone has any information please contact this page
