Run by the community, for the community bio.site/ypengwern We run a friendly, community owned Bed & Breakfast with Bar. We are situated in beautiful Snowdonia National Park and surrounded by natural beauty and fabulous walks. There are numerous activities for everyone to enjoy, from high mountain hikes and scrambles in Snowdonia to low level scenic and historic walks, fishing and wild swimming to down hill mountain biking. We are also near to a high ropes centre, Zip World, Bounce Below & Go Below. The Ffestiniog and Welsh Highland Railways are a short drive away as is Portmeirion Village. There are so many activities to do, a weeks stay will not be enough to do it all! You can even try out your Welsh whilst sampling Cask Marque accredited local real ales - we are Good Beer Guide listed - or our range of Welsh Gins and Whiskey. Come along and see how a community owned Bed & Breakfast runs. We welcome dogs to stay also. Doggy treats are supplied in the bar along with belly rubs and a log fire to collapse in front of after a long day. See you soon!

Unfortunately, due to sensitive circumstances affecting the band, we would like to inform you that the performance from 'Bladau'r papur' and the visit from The Eagles Llanwchllyn Pub on the 16th of October have been cancelled.

The event will be rescheduled, and we will share a new date soon..

Our thoughts are with the band at this time ❤️

Please note that the Chinese Carvery will still be going ahead as usual from 5–8pm, and we would love to see you there.

Join us for a 5-course fine dining experience, created especially by our chef, Ieuan, showcasing his skills and bringing something a bit special to the Pengwern.

And after coming 7th in a cooking competition on Saturday, competing against chefs from across the UK , we're pretty excited to see what he has planned!
