It's Meet the Team Monday!!
This week we focus on the most fabulous woman - Our amazing Assistant Manager, Georgie!! 💚
Georgie has been here for years, and I'm sure you will all recognise her for the outstanding job she does here every single day.
Georgie is the smile you get when you walk through the door, she's the warm welcome, the listener, the problem solver, she pulls the whole team together, makes the Spread Eagle the nicest place to be, and if thats not enough, she will serenade you with a bit of Adele at full volume... whether you want her to or not.
Can she sing? No.
Will she sing? Yes.
Do we love it? Absolutely!!
We love you Georgie - keep being you every day 🫶

It's Meet the Team Monday!!
This week it's the turn of our absolute superstar, Ruby! 💚
Ruby may be the youngest member of our team, but she has a wise head on those shoulders - she's probably the most mature of all of us, and definitely keeps us all in line!
Ruby delivers exceptional service to all our guests, is adored by our regulars, and even puts time into the kitchen where she lovingly prepares our delicious desserts - all this whilst studying Travel & Tourism at college. Wowzers!!
Unfortunately, Ruby does possess the unique ability to not only trip over her own feet, but also over fresh air, and absolutely nothing... 👍
Say hello to Ruby next time you visit 🥰

It's Meet the Team Monday... number 2!!!
I know we've already done one for Harry today, but we really wanted to take this opportunity to welcome Fred to the team this week 🥰
We don't know that much about him yet... but with 30+ years of hospitality under his belt, he brings a wealth of knowledge to us, and is already having a big impact with both our team and our fabulous guests.
Fred has an incredible way of making friends with everyone he meets - and he's only done 2 shifts here so far!
So join us as we welcome Fred to the Spread Eagle family, we're so happy to have you 💚

It's Meet the Team Monday!!
This week, it's time to say both hello & goodbye to the lovely Harry!
Most of you will have seen Harry with us this summer, but he is actually just off to start his first year at University, studying Sports Science.
Harry - you've been a superstar and you're going to have an amazing time at Uni 🙌
We're looking forward to having him back at Christmas and hearing all about it.
Thanks Harry - good luck! 💚

⚠️⚠️ Important - please share! ⚠️⚠️
We had a very lovely family in for lunch today, and they've left some very important paperwork behind!
Unfortunately they were without reservation so we have no contact details for them, but their folder is safe in our office.
We know its a long shot, and pretty vague, but it was a table of three - a lady with blonde dreadlocks, a lovely chap, and an elderly man 🙏
