Hi everyone!
Thank you all so much who paid with cash and who transferred today when the internet was not being my friend! Sorry for the inconvenience!
I’ve only been able to get onto socials now to update and praying this uploads! Then I can do an open hours post too hopefully !

It’s still dropping in and out of service for some very strange reason and only on particular apps.

Obviously my card reader app had to be one of them today 😭😓

If you have my details to transfer and were doing it when you had signal, (strangely the yard became a blackout for internet for everyone not just me!)
I’d be grateful if you could arrange as soon as possible please 🙏🏼 as I don’t have a couple through yet, but have gratefully received others (however this could be a bank Sunday timing thing and it may arrive tomorrow so thank you it’s just a gentle reminder I hope you don’t mind to read- small business and all that 💗)

After a mega weekend at the amazing Weardale Plein Air Festival 2026 I am having a break from the coffee box being open this week until the end of the week, Sunday 7th June, I’ll be back open 10-4 🤗

Thank you to all the amazing people I met over the weekend at St. John’s Chapel and the brilliant Sheryl Roberts // Artist who organised it all ! It was an incredible weekend for all involved and brought some amazing talent and business to the Upper Dale.
I’m very grateful to have been a part of the weekend, and thank you for everyone’s patience when the machine decided to break down Saturday morning😭 whilst it was sorted by some knights in shining armour 😘 🙏🏼 thank you ###

I’m so sorry for the silence! I’ve been super duper busy! Including getting ready for tomorrow for the kick off, of the Weardale Plein Air Festival 2026, organised by the amazing artist Sheryl Roberts, at St.Johns Chapel.

I will be in the lay by tomorrow, beside the auction mart, from 9am-closing tbc, as there is an event on at the Town Hall; Saturday & Sunday I’ll be in the Market Place outside of the Town Hall ☺️ 9am onwards!

Excitingly with no generator! I have gone all electric and I’m not sorry for that silence which it entails 🤣 I’m saving everyone’s heads and ear drums when I’m mobile & they come for a cuppa!
