As you all know my page and business is slowly closing - (I’ve a wedding next week and 2 further weddings after that ).

I’ve had so many people asking me and my family what it is I’m away to do so for those that don’t know I’m delighted to say that I’ve got a contract In the Dounby nursery as an early years practitioner and had my first day today.

A total change from cakes but I’ve loved every minute of it!

Thank you to everyone that’s supported me to get here ❤️

It is with a heavy (but excited) heart that I have decided to hang my pinny up and close my doors.

After a very difficult year and juggling the complications of covid prior to that -I’ve decided that it’s time for me to head off to pastures new career wise and am delighted to say I start my new role soon and begin my journey of fulfilling a lifelong dream.

Any weddings that I have booked in will be honoured but my diary will be closing to any new bookings

Please can I take this opportunity to thank each and everyone of you for all your custom and support over that past 6 years. ❤️

I’m sorry for the lack of posts and communication on here lately.. I’ve had a few messages Asking if I’m still open etc

Rest assured I am still open however
For those that didn’t know..
in the past 17 weeks I’ve lost one of my best friends who was just 42, I lost my beloved dad 3 days after him, then my mother in law ended up in intensive care with covid, then 2 weeks later my granny passed away and now - I’m heart broken to say, 3 days ago my father in law also passed away 😩..
my hearts broken right now 💔

I am off work just now to recoop some strength but i will reply to my messages as soon as I can - for now I need to concentrate on helping and being with my family during this incredibly difficult period.

I made this little film last year when we never thought for a moment we’d be facing the challenges of today just a few weeks later 😔 ... (who can spot their cake!)

However ...
Despite the limits we face regarding numbers you CAN still have your dream cake..
there’s lots of options to choose from including dummy tiers and cutting cakes that mean you still have your special cake but still only have the amount of sponge /fruitcake you need for smaller numbers....

We also do mini 2 tiers which are mini versions of the larger wedding cakes that cater for the smaller numbers that were restricted to today...

You don’t need to not have the cake you’ve always dreamed of- I’ll work with you each step of the way to create something beautiful and bespoke ❤️
