Forgetful, restless, sweaty, can’t sleep, can’t remember what I was saying halfway through a sentence! Anyone else dealing with this menopause malarkey? 😅

That’s why I’m looking forward to welcoming Diane from Natural Reme-D - who works professionally in herbal wellness - to The Raven 🥰
She’ll be educating us about perimenopause/menopause….answering our questions and introducing her range of herbal remedies, with a chance to discuss what might be suitable for you 🙌

Come along with your questions, have a drink & spend an evening with women who can relate 🫶 We might forget each other’s names, but at least we’ll be in good company 🤣
