Launched at tonight's Steve Big Man Clayton - The Boogie Man from Birmingham gig.

Bratwurst or Currywurst and fries with German mustards and saurkraut.

Customise your breakfast / brunch Upstairs at Chas Mann's.

This morning I've gone for 2 rashers flat fried bacon, 2 poached duck eggs and grilled cherry tomatoes drizzled with a balsamic reduction.
