Hospitality is a funny old game. You get to meet all different types of customers and members of our local community. We've been serving members of our community for almost a decade now and have love it. On occasions, we get to experience some of our more eccentric customers.
On occasions, we get it wrong and we will always apologise and make things right.
If like today, you were a customer who waited a little longer than expected, we are really sorry. We were flat out busy and at capacity. We really appreciate all the customers that came to see us
When we do get it wrong, we always try to find a solution. Our staff have the right to work in an environment where they are not intimated, shouted at and threatened for us getting your order slightly wrong.
We treat everyone with respect, courteousy and love who come through our doors. Our hundreds of customers who visit us would also agree.
We would just ask that people treat our staff the same. Bringing people to tears because we missed something off your order is not cool. Don't be surprised if we ask you to leave.
