🎉 Annual leave has officially begun! 🎉

Tonight I'm finally celebrating my belated birthday with my amazing family and friends 🥳❤️, and then... I'm breaking free for a whole week next week! 🚐🌊

Celebrations this weekend then next stop... the beautiful Welsh coast from north to south! 😍 I can't wait to switch off, explore, recharge, and of course hunt down some incredible gluten-free food along the way. 🌿🍽️

Has anyone tried this? 👀

I spotted it while shopping today and it immediately caught my eye. It looked like the perfect loaf for a nice lunch, so I couldn't resist giving it a try!

The price was a little on the steep side, but it looks and feels incredibly soft. It's also gluten-free and dairy-free, which is always a bonus.

Has anyone else tried it? I'd love to hear your thoughts before I tuck in! 🍞😊

Wow... where do I start?

I just want to say a massive thank you to everyone who took the time to send birthday messages, well wishes, comments and love over the weekend. Every single message meant so much, and I'm incredibly grateful. ❤️

A huge thank you as well to Coffee & Cars for letting me celebrate my birthday in such a special way on Friday. It really made the day one to remember.

What an amazing event it has been from start to finish! The people, the atmosphere, the incredible music and the overall vibe were absolutely fantastic. I had an amazing time and already can't wait to see you all again next year!

If I haven't replied to your message yet, please forgive me. It's been an incredibly busy weekend, and I'm finally having a lazy morning today before getting back to work this afternoon.
