Good Morning all Millers customers!

We have a huge update for you! As some of you are probably aware we have been in the process of changing ownership.

Due to the business changing ownership changes will be happening!

Millers Coffee House will be no more but don’t panic we are being rebranded and fully refurbished!

I’m excited to announce our new name will be Lains Coffee House. Thursday 21st May will be our last day trading as Millers Coffee House. Friday 22nd May we will be CLOSED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE!

We are looking for one lovely person to join our team as a Barista!

We are currently looking for someone to work part time. This would be around 15 hours a week.

Customer Service and Barista experience preferred but not required. Training will be provided.

Key responsibilities include:

Serving customers
Making and handling food
Making drinks
Restocking
Maintaining cleanliness in the workspace
Cash handling

A trial shift will be necessary and can be the same day as the interview

Good morning millers customers!

We have updated our Winter opening hours:

Monday-Saturday 8:30-4:30
Takeaway Only From 4pm

Sunday- 9:30-3:30
Takeaway Only From 3pm

We would also like to remind customers that when closing time hits it means we are closed. All members of staff give customers a 5 minute warning and if customers are still sat at time of closing we also let customers know we are now closed. Customers should not be in the building past closing. We are finding staff are continuously asking customers to leave past closing even once they have been notified we are closed. We love that our coffee house is a place where people come to have a chit chat and a catch up with friends/family but our staff also have families to go home too and they shouldn’t have to ask people to vacate the building as they are overstaying.

Below are our Christmas opening hours:

Christmas Eve 8:30-2 (Subject to change on the day)

Christmas Day-New Years Day CLOSED

Reopening Friday 2nd January 8:30-4:30
