The Waverley pulling into Bideford Quay last night!

The world’s last seagoing passenger paddle steamer, the iconic PS Waverley, made a rare and spectacular visit to Bideford. Built in 1946 and beautifully preserved, she drew crowds along the quay as she steamed up the Torridge on her summer coastal tour.

A real piece of maritime history right here in Bideford for all to enjoy! 🚢
