🌿 Wellbeing Café 🌿

We warmly invite you to Wellbeing Café at Bridge Café, Emmanuel Church, this Friday 2nd October, from 10am–12 noon.

A quiet place where it’s okay not to be okay. A place to simply be, to be listened to, enjoy some calming crafts, and join in optional prayer.

🌱 This week we’ll be enjoying nature-based crafts and gardening with Debbie Winson.

Everyone is welcome. Come along, take a breath, and spend some gentle time with us. 💚
