Chol's Sandwich Makers

Hi Guys,

Just a quick heads-up —
We’ve made a few small adjustments to our menu prices due to rising supplier costs.

But don’t worry — everything else is staying just the way you like it: fresh baguettes, our old-school interior, and the same friendly service.

We really appreciate your support as always — it means the world to us.
Pop by if you’re in the area, and enjoy the sunshine while it lasts! ☀️

Note: I’ll be making copies soon for you to grab when you drop by :)

Hey everyone!

It’s been a while since we posted, but just wanted to say—we’re still here, still making your favourite sandwiches, and still holding it down in the heart of Bicester.

The town’s definitely changed over the years—not quite like it once was, especially for those who remember the old days. We know there’s not as much reason to come into town now, but if you do find yourself nearby, pass by, say hi, and grab a munch like old times. ✌️

Appreciate all the love and support over the years 💛

Father & Son unite :) Good luck to Bicester Colts U16 this season!!

Great job as always Dale Benford!

2 generations unite in the name of local grass roots football. The son, Joe aka to some as Jay of Oxford Community Gardeners OXCG has now followed the footsteps of his father, Chol of Chol's Sandwich makers to do his bit to help the local grass roots football scene.

An ex Bicester Colts player himself as a child, Oxford Community Gardeners OXCG has now joined forces with Chol's Sandwich Makers to become the tracksuit sponsor of Bicester Colts U16s. This now allows the boys to turn up to games in style alongside keeping them warm with the winter season quickly approaching.

A press statement from OXCG " Didn't have the budget for Spurs or Barca so thought it would be best to make inroads into the industry via the local community and then bank on the team progressing and entering the premier league in 10 years. This is the ultimate objective" 😂

Joke aside, it's a pleasure to be helping a local team and we all wish the boys a great season ahead in the Oxford league! Helping within communities is what it's all about and this plays a big part to our ethos. It’s great to be giving back into a community that means so much to us all!

A big shout out and recognition needs to go out to Dale Benford, the coach who has done so much for this team over the years and his loyalty and dedication to the boys and team has been remarkable.

Good luck!!! Up the Bicester Town Colts!

Hi Guys,

Here is the latest revised menu. I'll also get some of these printed so you can take some copies from the shop.

Many thanks and have a great evening!

A big thank you to Dale Benford for the lovely message.

Dale has been very committed and dedicated to his team ever since taking over and we can clearly see the development and progression as time goes on.

I know he's been very active in the transfer window this summer lol bringing in 4 new faces to bolster the squad and it seems to have paid off with a 5-1 victory today in their opening game!!

Wishing all the boys the best of luck for this season and hope to see some silverware soon 🤞😂🏆

It seems not so long ago we posted a message for the 1st Lockdown ( on the previous fb page ) Of course, a lot has gone on since then and now memories from the pre-covid era seems like the old world.

Hoping that everyone is keeping well and in good health.

Just letting everyone know we're still active as always and here to feed the bellies of this amazing community. Necessary measures are all in place as usual.

If you happen to be coming through town do pop by for a baguette :)

Some faces we still haven't seen in a good while, so even if it's to say a quick hi, it'll be great to see you.

For the new Bicester community member's, come give us a try :)

Stay motivated, keep your heads up and all take good care of yourselves! Bicester 🙌🙌🙌

Delighted and overwhelmed to be mentioned in the local newspaper alongside the boys and management from the U15 Bure Park FC.

We are all supporting you and we're expecting nothing but first place from the best team in the league! When you reach the Premiership, we won't be able to afford the sponsorship so until then do us proud!

A special mention to Kevin Hook, the coach, who's doing an amazing job with the boys and this is all thanks to him.

Good luck once again boys and don't grow out of the shirts too quickly :)

A FOOTBALL team has shown thanks to a small business in Bicester for supporting grassroots football.
