These chocolate chip cookies are now one of our best sellers.

They were my project for a good 2 years. They took tons of test batches in my kitchen at home and I committed to buying every bakery cookie I could find while in America for research (tough job 😏).

We now bake them fresh every Friday and Saturday morning so you’re guaranteed the best fresh cookie.

Back from the most amazing week away in the sunshine.

Beach fun, coffees, pastries, cockles, beach bbqs, arcades, boat trips, ice creams, tucking into my stack of books and the most insanely fun rock pooling adventure with 🦀

Stoked to be back behind the counter this week though and to catch up with you all. Back Friday and Saturday as usually 9.30am - 2.30pm.

Back at it tomorrow in the sunshine 😍 Cakes, iced coffees and shakes are the order of the day!

Just a little heads up that we’ll be closed next week for half term, so come and grab your Kimmy fix tomorrow.

It’s been a crazy few months, so I’m really looking forward to spending some time with my little ones, drinking coffee on the beach and finally catching up on the big stack of books I’ve been neglecting.

Anyway, see you all tomorrow!

You have to make a lot of sacrifices when you own your own business. But today was probably one of my biggest… missing in the play off semi finals 😆

If you don’t know by now, I’m a massive Harriers fan. It’s the reason we close at 2.30pm so I can make every home game!

Its definitely iced coffee weather 😍☀️

There’s just something about having the double doors wide open, the sun shining, and the iced coffees on repeat that makes me so happy!

Anyway, we’re back this week and fully stocked with extra cold foam, extra brownies for the new shake, and allll the ice (so fingers crossed no selling out this week).

I’ve also upgraded the blow torch for those crème brûlée lattes let’s just hope I don’t set anything on fire because it’s a little feisty 😆
