if you're contacting us to book a table there's no need :)we operate a no booking policy all year round so you can just rockup and our host will find you a table .....inside or outside for 2 or for 10! We've lots of different areas inside and out on our undercover terrace from small and cosy nook tabels to big family feasting tables - S

o no need to worry about a reservation - phew that's another stress gone! With fresh daily specials and local produce from all over the Conwy Valley and Snowdonia National Park, including all the latest artisan gins, craft beers and cask ales. We all know what a day out in the mountains feels like and a big tasty bowl of hot piping food and a cold beer always tastes even better after a fresh air adventure! We have an eclectic entertainment program with mini music fests, pop up events, winter food festivals and host a goosebumpingly melodic Male Voice Choir night, come listen to them sing and you really will feel the heartbeat of Wales. And in homage to our alpine location our popup Winter events include Local Food & Craft markets and festive festoonery galore! Y Stablau - perfect all year round!

Right, here’s your weekend at Y Stablau...

Friday night kicks off with a NEW band for us - Whole of the Moon – a 4-piece North Wales band playing everything from 50s classics to 00s bangers. Male and female vocals. Proper good. It’s their first time on our ‘stage’ so let’s give them a warm welcome. 7:30pm 🎤

Saturday morning the village comes alive with Marchnad Lleol Eryri a’r Fro – our Snowdonia & Local Market. Think artisan crafts, handmade gifts, local produce and a few tasty treats. 10am til 4pm 🛍️

Then Saturday night? Northern Monkey. 7:30pm. If you’ve caught him before you already know. If you haven’t, this is your sign 🎸

THIS IS NOT A DRILL! 🚨

The incredible Han & Fran are coming to Y Stablau and we are absolutely buzzing!

If you haven’t heard of them yet, where have you been?! These two best mates from North Wales took Britain’s Got Talent by storm as 2025 finalists, scooped Best Sisters at the UK Pantomime Awards 2026, and are known for their spot-on vocals, ridiculous dance moves, and a whole lot of chaos (the good kind).

Think ABBA obsession. Think sequins. Think harmonies that’ll blow you away. Think the best night you’ve had in ages.

This is their first visit to Y Stablau and we cannot wait to welcome them. Trust us – you do NOT want to miss this.
