Front of House Assistant Manager – Lakeside Restaurant & Events Venue
I am looking for an experienced and motivated Front of House Assistant Manager to join our team at a beautiful lakeside restaurant and events venue in Surrey. Hosting everything from daily dining to private events and weddings, this is a dynamic and rewarding role for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
✔️ Support the Restaurant Manager in the day-to-day running of the venue
✔️ Lead and motivate the front of house team to deliver excellent customer service
✔️ Take responsibility for operations in the Restaurant Manager’s absence
✔️ Oversee service across breakfast, lunch, and evening shifts
✔️ Assist with the co-ordination and smooth running of private events and weddings
✔️ Ensure high standards of cleanliness, health, and safety are maintained
Requirements:
⭐ Minimum 2 years’ management experience in a hospitality setting
⭐ Strong front of house and bar skills
⭐ Flexibility to work across 7 days (45hrs) per week, including evenings (Fridays & Saturdays)
⭐ Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
⭐ Level 3 Food Hygiene qualification (preferred)
⭐ Must have your own transport
