Brunch With Santa and our Elves is Back 🫶🏻

Adults will get a Buck’s Fizz (because the adults should get a treat too) or a soft drink followed by a brunch dish of their choice and a hot drink.

For the kids a choice of a soft drink or hot chocolate and a brunch dish (the Santa pancakes are the best) not forgetting a visit from Santa 🎅

Wreath making is back and this year we’ve teamed up with our local Florist Claire Bryant

We love this event so much and it’s great excuse to have a get together with a glass of bubbles!

Join us for an unforgettable afternoon of w**e tasting, lakeside walks and delicious food in our stunning setting.

✨ Start is at 3pm at The Reverie with a Ch*****ne tasting on arrival before setting off on a leisurely guided walk around the lakes (approx 4.5km). Along the way, you’ll stop for:

🌹 Rosé w**e tasting with nibbles at Lawrence Lake
🥂 White w**e tasting with nibbles at Tapwood Lake
🍷 Fine red w**es & more nibbles by the Alpaca enclosure

Once the walk is complete, head back to the restaurant to relax with something to eat… and drink 🍽️

Front of House Assistant Manager – Lakeside Restaurant & Events Venue

I am looking for an experienced and motivated Front of House Assistant Manager to join our team at a beautiful lakeside restaurant and events venue in Surrey. Hosting everything from daily dining to private events and weddings, this is a dynamic and rewarding role for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

✔️ Support the Restaurant Manager in the day-to-day running of the venue
✔️ Lead and motivate the front of house team to deliver excellent customer service
✔️ Take responsibility for operations in the Restaurant Manager’s absence
✔️ Oversee service across breakfast, lunch, and evening shifts
✔️ Assist with the co-ordination and smooth running of private events and weddings
✔️ Ensure high standards of cleanliness, health, and safety are maintained

Requirements:

⭐ Minimum 2 years’ management experience in a hospitality setting
⭐ Strong front of house and bar skills
⭐ Flexibility to work across 7 days (45hrs) per week, including evenings (Fridays & Saturdays)
⭐ Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
⭐ Level 3 Food Hygiene qualification (preferred)
⭐ Must have your own transport

Join us in January for lunch and enjoy one of our delicious and comforting mains and dessert is on us.

Like our Pan fried trout with a potato and celeriac rosti, samphire and Soubise sauce. Followed by our Mirrored chocolate truffle torte with a raspberry sorbet.
