Weโre looking for positive, hard working team member to join us from mid October ๐
This is a front of house / barista position with a 25/30hr contract.
You:
โจ Must be available weekdays & weekends, which are shared fairly between all staff.
โจHave a positive attitude and keen to get stuck into new types / ways of working with our team.
โจ Have experience in a busy environment is essential with confidence in working at a fast pace.
โจ Have excellent customer service and always approachable.
A start time of 7/7:30am may occur on some mornings, weโre flexible on this but it is a bonus!
You will do different tasks and roles throughout your shift, getting prepped for the day ahead, making fresh sandwiches, making coffees, providing good customer interaction, running food, dishes !! (A shared role throughout) we have some perksโฆ
๐ Everyone is super friendly! Supporting each other always.
๐ No night time work! 3:30 finishing time, if not earlier.
๐ Coffee, cake & lunch on shift.
๐ Share of cash tips every 6 months (based on hours worked).
