🍂Preserved Figs🍂
September is the perfect time to start preserving all our amazing produce from the kitchen garden.
Today it’s the turn of the fig!
These are figs grown in our garden preserved in Apple C***r Vinegar (made from the apples in our garden) & Honey (from the bee hives on the Berkeley Estate)
Now you can’t get more local than that!
In 6 months time we will have the most delicious Fig Oxymel, perfect for a cheese board…..

It’s the third Sunday of the month which means it’s Farmers Market this Sunday! From 10am to 2pm come and support our local farmers and producers!

We have veg, meat, bread, cheese, cakes, olive oil, Portuguese tarts, honey, w**e, sauces and much much more. Stock up for the week ahead!
