Situated in the Northumberland County Council building known as Fountain Cottage is a lovely little cafe, where you'll be greeted by friendly staff and served lovely homemade food.

5* Certificate of Excellence and 5* rating for food hygiene. Check out our fabulous reviews on trip advisor. Inside seating for 34 covers and ample outside seating and car parking is available in the adjacent car park

A year ago today we said our goodbyes to our fantastic customers and our marvellous team who supported us for the 7.5 years we traded. It was a hard and emotional day for us all but change is good and people move on...

It makes me extremely happy to see the building I loved getting the refurbishment it so desperately needed and I wish the new owners the best of luck.

I know I’ve got a great number of you on my personal page but I’d like to take the opportunity to wish you all a very Happy Christmas.

After 7.5 years I now only have four working days in our little cafe remaining.

We have Sunderland Clarion booked in for Saturday and Metro booked in on both days over the weekend, if your intending on coming over in a group can you message the page with approximate arrival time and numbers. Thanks 🙏

Apologies to anyone dining with us over lunchtime, the fire alarm was activated by the new building owner whilst conducting work. It won’t happen again .... hopefully
