Your equine neighbours need your help. 🐎🐎 You may all know the Burn Equestrian Centre in Knockbracken Health Care park aka Purdysburn……
- maybe your child learned to ride there,
- maybe you walk your dog and call in to pet the horses,
- maybe your family member benefits from the equine therapy for mental health
- maybe you live nearby and enjoy the views of our gorgeous horses loving life in their fields
- maybe your friend takes part in the weekly Riding for Disabled Association (RDA)
-Maybe you just don’t want the land to be released to who knows who… developers?
- maybe your little girl is obsessed with unicorns 🦄 and comes round to see the ponies
- maybe you just have a love for animals want to help the OAPs (Old Age Ponies) that have made it their home for over 2 decades
- maybe you just don’t want nearly 50 horses to become homeless

How can you help?

Well the land is owned by DOH and the current landlord has decided to not continue the lease that’s been in place for over 30 years. If we get enough signatures on a petition it may sway the DOH to release the lease 🤞🤞🤞🤞
