Look at that kind face. You’d never guess he runs a very tight ship in the kitchen. 😂

John is our Head Chef at Shed Grill & Seafood, working alongside our Executive Head Chef and owner, Jonny, and has been a huge part of what happens behind the scenes.

Calm, hardworking and always keeping things moving, John is one of the familiar faces making sure every plate that leaves the kitchen is exactly as it should be.

THE SEAFOOD SHARING PLATTER HAS LANDED. 🦐🦀

New to the menu, and honestly, this one is a bit special.

Sea bass, mussels, Portavogie scallops, prawns and crayfish in garlic butter, crab claws, crispy squid, bread and fries.

Basically, if it comes from the sea, there’s a very good chance we’ve put it on the platter. 🌊

Made for sharing, although we completely understand if you suddenly become very protective over the garlic butter prawns. 👀

We’re serving VEGAN STEAK at Shed Grill & Seafood, and honestly, we are ridiculously proud of it.

We’ve tested it, tweaked it and put it through the ultimate test: our own staff. The verdict? It’s been loved across the board. 🙌

It’s not just about having a vegan option either. This is a proper centrepiece, packed with protein and made to be enjoyed by everyone at the table.

We only use meat from this island, because when you have access to incredible produce right on our doorstep, why look anywhere else?

Quality cuts, carefully selected and cooked over our chargrill to let the meat speak for itself.
