Tickets are flying out for Pints, Punks & Paramilitaries on Saturday 19th September.

After another sold-out double decker, Donzo is back on the road, and the next bus is already filling up fast.

Before he was named Wanderlust’s Top UK Tour Guide, Paul “Donzo” Donnelly spent four years working the door at Lavery’s during Belfast’s ceasefire years.

Punks, politicians, students, paramilitaries. Donzo had a front-row seat to a city changing around him, all from the doorway of one of Belfast’s best-known pubs.

Now he’s taking those stories back onto the road.

Pints, Punks & Paramilitaries is 90 minutes of Belfast history, music, nightlife, characters and stories you’re unlikely to hear on any other city tour.

And, naturally, there’s a pint waiting for you at the end of it.

SKINTY IS BACK 👹

Skinty returns to Lavery’s - a student night built around live music, DJs and actually having something to do…

This time around, we’re putting students at the heart of the night. Working alongside Live Music Society, the Back Bar will become Skinty’s live music hub, with student-run open mics, emerging bands and a space for new Belfast talent to get up and play. Whether you’re in a band, play solo, want to jump on an open mic or just to find some good new music, this is the place for it.

But Skinty isn’t just a gig night. Across Lavery’s there’ll be DJs, karaoke, darts, and b**r pong, alongside cheap drinks and pizza offers. Catch a band, have a pint, get involved in the open mic, head upstairs for a DJ, white wash your mate in pool, or make a questionable appearance at karaoke.

Built with students and for people who love music….no dress-up themes & cheesy club playlists on repeat.

Back Bar open mics kick off from 7-9 before we give the stage to the bands, Front Terrace DJs on from 8pm…and it’s FREE IN
