Lavery’s is Belfast’s oldest family-owned pub, at the heart of the city’s social life for almost 100 years. Perfectly located a short distance from both the city centre and the vibrant Queen’s Quarter, it’s a versatile, lively entertainment venue with the charm of a traditional Irish pub. With four bars offering food, live sport and free entertainment, two roof terraces, a street-level beer garden and Northern Ireland’s largest pool room, Lavery’s offers something for everyone.

With upward of 800,000 people expected in Belfast for the world’s biggest celebration of Irish music and culture, we thought visitors deserved something better than twenty browser tabs, five WhatsApp groups and asking strangers where the session is happening.

So we built Belfast Fleadh Guide.

A free guide designed to help you navigate everything happening across the city during Fleadh week.

🎻 Full festival programme
📍 Live city wide crowd reporting
🔥 See where’s busy before you arrive
🍺 Find nearby pubs, sessions and venues
🎶 Concerts, trad sessions, talks, tours and events
🗺️ Discover hidden gems you might otherwise miss
📲 Everything in one place, right in your pocket

Whether you’re travelling to Belfast for the week or you’re a local trying to keep up with the madness, our hope is that this makes it easier to spend less time searching and more time enjoying the music.

As the city fills up, you’ll be able to check what’s happening nearby, see where crowds are building, discover somewhere new, and decide where to head next without wandering aimlessly around town.

Check it out & sign up over at 👉 https://belfastfleadh.com

We’re still adding to it as we get closer to August, so we’d genuinely love your feedback. If you spot something missing, have an idea, or find a bug, let us know and we’ll do our best to improve it.

Here’s to a week of great music, great pints, great sessions and hopefully a few unexpected discoveries along the way. 🎻🍺

Go n-éirí an bóthar libh. ☘️

☘️ LAVERY’S FLEADH ☘️

Fleadh Cheoil na hÉireann, the world’s largest traditional Irish music festival and competition arrives 2nd - 9th August!

For Belfast, hosting the Fleadh is an incredible opportunity to showcase our city’s rich musical heritage and welcome visitors from around the world for a week of music, culture and community.

With numbers expected upwards of 1 MILLION people visiting our city, we can’t wait to show them what we’ve always known…the Belfast crowds are the best!

Between Lavery’s, the Pavilion, and our soon-to-be- announced, secret city centre location, we have put together a week long programme that we are really proud. We hope you’ll love it!

Early-bird tickets are on sale now over at laverys.com with much more to come!
