So gather your favourite people, forget about the rain for a few hours and come spend the weekend with us.

Good food.
Great drinks.
A table full of tapas.
And even better company.

That’s what weekends at Fuego are all about. 🇪🇸

🏆 WE DID IT! TRAVELLERS’ CHOICE 2026 🏆

What a way to celebrate our first year at Fuego! ❤️🔥

We’re incredibly proud to announce that Fuego Tapas & Grill has received the Tripadvisor Travellers’ Choice Award 2026, placing us among the top 10% of restaurants worldwide on Tripadvisor. 🌍🇪🇸

For a restaurant that only opened its doors last year, this one feels particularly special.

Fuego was created with a simple idea: great Spanish food, proper hospitality and a place where people can come together and have a genuinely great time.

So this award really belongs to everyone who has been part of that journey.

❤️ To our incredible team — thank you for the hard work, passion and care you put into Fuego every day.

🥂 And to every single person who has visited us, returned, recommended us, supported us and taken the time to leave a review — THANK YOU.

Your reviews made this happen.

And it makes us even prouder that our little sister Olé Tapas Bar has now received Travellers’ Choice for 8 consecutive years. 🥹🇪🇸

Two restaurants. One amazing team and community. ❤️

Fuego — Travellers’ Choice 2026. 🏆🔥
And hopefully, the first of many.

🔥 THIS WEEKEND, GATHER AROUND THE TABLE AT FUEGO 🇪🇸❤️

Weekends are made for good food, full tables and the people you love around them. And at Fuego, sharing is what we do best. 🥂

Start with our Fuego Sharing Platter, then make some room for a few favourites…

🦪 Scallops with smoked yoghurt, salsa verde, crispy Serrano & Pimentón de la Vera
🐟 Boquerones, marinated with garlic & parsley
🦐 Our sizzling Gambas Pil Pil
🔥 Slow-cooked Pork Belly
🥘 And, of course, a proper Fuego Paella, freshly cooked to order and made for sharing.

Order a little, order a lot, pass the plates around the table and enjoy dinner the Spanish way. 🇪🇸

Whether it’s Friday night, Saturday dinner or one of our Paella Sundays, make Fuego part of your weekend.

🌟 MEET OUR TEAM MEMBER OF THE MONTH — ROSE! 🌟

This month, we’re giving a very well-deserved shoutout to Rose! ❤️

Rose joined the Fuego family only 5 months ago, but in that short time we’ve watched her confidence, skills and passion for the job absolutely flourish.

Give her a busy restaurant and a section full of tables and she’s in her element! 🔥 She somehow makes juggling it all look easy, always with a smile, always eager to learn, and with an energy that makes her an absolute joy to have around.

But there’s a little more to Rose than you might know… 👀

🐶 She has two very silly dogs
🎻 She’s Grade 8 on the violin — yes, seriously!
🌍 She has a collection of 45 snow globes from around the world
🇪🇸 And her Fuego favourites? Patatas Bravas & Churros 😋

Rose, we’re incredibly proud of how far you’ve come in such a short time. Thank you for all the hard work, enthusiasm and personality you bring to Fuego.

Very well deserved. Keep smashing it! 🥳👏🔥

And if Rose has looked after your table before, show her some love in the comments! ❤️
