Enough Is Enough 😡😡

We are honestly extremely angry and disappointed at customers who place large, expensive orders and then simply don’t bother to turn up to collect them.

This is not a small inconvenience — for a small business, it is a huge financial loss. We have spent our time, money, ingredients and hard work preparing these orders, only for them to be completely wasted because someone decides not to show up.

What makes it even worse is that we have tried calling multiple times, and still there is no answer and no explanation. Quite frankly, this behaviour is shameful, disrespectful and completely unacceptable.

Please remember that behind every order is a small business and real people working hard to provide a service. If you place a large order, have the basic decency to collect it or at the very least contact us if something has happened.

We understand that genuine emergencies can happen, but simply not turning up and ignoring our calls is not acceptable. We will not continue to tolerate this kind of behaviour. Our time, money and hard work deserve respect too.
