Can you believe it?! We are already celebrating our first birthday 🥳 365 days ago we opened the doors at Blaax with the vision of creating a community space filled with delicious coffee and tasty treats. We are so grateful to everyone who has supported us. Each and every one of you has helped shape us and inspired us to achieve even more as we move into our 2nd year. 1 year ago, we decided to open Blaax for a Christmas Eve soft (very soft) opening. We invited people in the local community to enjoy a coffee and mince pie asking for any donations to be made to Alzheimer’s Society. A cause that’s important to both of us. This year we plan to make it a tradition and so again this year, instead of taking payments we will be offering coffee and mince pies and leaving a QR code for people to make a contribution to the same cause. We hope you can join us.

Choose from a range of 5 different hampers, each including a 250g bag of Blaax roasted coffee, a Paxton and Whitfield Pounder cheddar, homemade biscotti and a hand picked bottle that has been paired with the coffee flavours.

We’re getting ready…. 👀

Very soon we will be offering coffee roasting experiences for up to 6 people every Thursday evening. Your two-hour experience will include:

- Farm to bean conversation, exploring the journey of coffee from origin to roast.
- Cupping session with four selected coffees
- Evening snacks
- Roasting your own coffee
- Your very own 250g bag of coffee to take home

The first experience will include single origin Colombian, Brazilian and Ethiopian for you to choose from.

Bookings will be available very soon.
