No fewer than 5 gluten free bases to choose between! From classic sourdough to turmeric and purple corn 💪

Our owner’s own experience of an intolerance to gluten led us down the path of alternative, health-giving bases for all 🍕

You’ll also find gluten free b**r to wash it down with! 🍻🫶

Sourdough September 🍕✨

Our pizza starts with certified Italian whole grains, stoneground in small batches, and just four simple ingredients: flour, water, salt and our sourdough starter.

Then we give it 40 hours to prove.

The result is a light, naturally leavened dough with a crisp, chewy base and bags of flavour.

Come and taste the difference this month (or any time) at Dough!
