Join us for a professional-level, vegan cookery series exploring global tradition through the lens of British seasonal produce. Across three sessions, participants will learn fermentation techniques, spice tempering, risotto craft, umami foundations, and cooking methods

You can choose from opting for all three classes or choosing one class of choice that stands out for you, each class is £80 pp

Rooted - Our Story

We are a family run business based in Bath, Somerset. We started with The Grocer on Locksbrook in 2011, an idea Nick and Mich had to bring a healthy lifestyle to the community in Newbridge. At Rooted our focus is seasonality. We plan to celebrate the four seasons every year with a simple yet intricate menu. Everything will be sourced from local farms and suppliers. No Chemicals, No artificial junk. Just flavour. Recycling is really in the spotlight for us, everything in Rooted is built by hand from recycled wood in Nick and Michs garden and all of our food waste is composted through local farms. Finally we are grateful for our community, friends, family and farmers. All our food is prepared with lots of love, and we hope you enjoy everything as much as we do!
