Meet the Team!! 🔥

Meet Julia! She started her journey with us behind the bar and has since become the ultimate all-rounder. Warm, welcoming, and always bringing a calm, gentle energy, she’s an invaluable part of the team.

Our resident vegetarian, you’ll most likely spot her browsing the organic aisle at the supermarket or enjoying a sunny summer walk whenever she’s off the clock.

Tucked away at the top of Milsom Street in the heart of Bath sits our little independent hidden gem. In fact, we’re so well hidden that if you blink, you might just walk straight past us.

Inside, you’ll find a stylish bar and open kitchen serving everything from tempting small plates fresh market fish to our legendary 1kg fire-cooked steaks fresh from the Somerset Grill. Whether you’re in the mood for a perfectly poured cocktail, a fantastic bottle of wine, or just a great time with great food, we’ve got you covered.

And if Bath decides to bless us with some sunshine, head out to our terrace. Grab a seat at one of our high tables, sink into a comfy sofa, and enjoy a drink in the sun. As the evening cools down, our heat lamps keep things cosy, so there’s no rush to leave.

Nicole is one of the OGs who’s been with us since day one. Apart from the slightly moody face you might catch towards the end of her shift (she loves a strict 10pm bedtime 😅), she’s become a real customer favourite — and if you’ve ever had the pleasure of her serving your table, you’ll understand exactly why.
