I grew up in a caravan with a dad who could have £10 in his pocket and feel like the richest man alive. As a little girl I read his obituary and it said “whenever Raymond was around, everyone was laughing.”

That’s the best thing I think anyone could ever say about someone and that’s the success I want.

To build Charlotte’s, create opportunities, push my team to dream bigger and make sure everyone who walks through our doors leaves with a smile.

Success looks different to everyone. No matter where you start, dream big, work hard and always be kind 🤍✨
