New to the cake menu along side our classic favourites..we have….

🥐Dulce de Leche Cruffin:
Each Cruffin is then filled with sweet and sticky Dulce de Leche, a popular Latin American caramel - made from slow-cooking condensed milk (hence the name translating directly to sweet milk!).

🍫 Sea Salt Single Origin Brownie:
Deep, rich and irresistibly decadent, this fudgy almond brownie is spiked with sea salt, attuning your senses to reveal the depth of flavours within the chocolate. This tempting bake is finished with a generous dusting of cocoa powder..and it’s Gluten Free!!

One of the many perks being parked up here at the beautiful soul barns space…
Is you can grab yourself a warm or iced coffee & cake after class!
So many wonderful events & classes are held here each morning from yoga, to mama & baby groups, sound baths, retreats and dance classes.

There’s a beautiful sitting area right outside so you can chill and chat after..and we have the weather for it right now!

It’s always the season for cacao!!

Some of our most loved warm drinks is our delicious cacao blends, so I thought I’d introduce them!

Rose cacao: blend made with organic Rose, Lions mane, Reishi, cardamom, coconut blossom & of course raw cacao & your choice of milk!

Shroom Cacao: blend made with 7 medicinal mushrooms, cinnamon, cardamom, coconut blossom & raw cacao & your choice of milk!

Cacao is the purest form of chocolate, it’s were every chocolate bar begins!
Only it’s not been messed with, so it’s very very good for you, packed full of magnesium & calcium!

The Blends I created at home, which took its time to get the right balance for each.

As I’ve had so much living interest and feedback from them and you have all been asking..I will start to make the blends up into packages for you to take home!
You’ll just have to add your favourite Cacao, Coconut Blossom & milk if you choose :)

Some of the DELICIOUS cakes we have on offer within the HorseBox Cafe this weekend at Soul Barns 🦉 !

This week and weekend we have the new seasonal Black Forest Brownie!
The dark chocolate brownie is studded with glossy amarena cherries, generously flooded with white chocolate, finished with sweeping spirals of dark chocolate and a vibrant red freeze-dried cherry crumb for a tart, slightly sour crunch.
Need I say no more…

Then we have our famous favourite Ultimate Carrot Cake!
A deliciously moist and lightly spiced carrot and orange sponge, dotted with juicy sultanas, coconut, and large walnut pieces throughout.
A favourite with many of our customers, this carrot cake is vegan without an ounce of compromise. In fact, if we didn’t tell you - we don’t think you’d know!

And then another favourite from our plant-based pastry range…The Almond Croissant!
A twice-baked croissant, filled to the brim with rich almond frangipane, smothered with more gooey frangipane, coated in nutty toasted flaked almonds and dusted with icing sugar.
If you can resist eating it right away and wait till your home..pop it in the oven for 5 minutes at 180C.

Delicious!!!!!!

We had the best time, meet some incredible people, learned ALOT and now really looking forward to moving into the Autumn & Winter with the HorseBox.
Somewhere settled & still for the time being…

We will be sitting down with a cuppa or two and starting the process of applying for some of next year’s events this month.

Thank you everyone again for the invitations and experiences…we look forward to seeing you all again next year in a field somewhere!!!
