✨ A little Mannicitas update… ✨

Although I’ve been on maternity leave this year, we made a commitment to honour the weddings and special events already in our diary — and I’m incredibly proud to say we’ve executed them brilliantly. 🤍

From beautiful wedding grazing tables and intimate celebrations to full wedding feasts and BBQs, it’s been so lovely getting back out there and doing what we do best.

But the biggest thank you has to go to my amazing team. You’ve pulled together, worked incredibly hard and helped me bring every event to life while I’ve been navigating business life alongside being a new mum. I’m so proud of what we’ve achieved together. 🥹

And yes… Mannicitas is still very much here! 🙌🏽

We’re continuing to take enquiries and bookings, with limited availability while I’m on maternity leave — and we’re getting ready for a BIG 2027. 🥂✨

My little girl turned half a year old... where has the time gone? 🥹🍉💗

For her little celebration, I decided to do something a bit different—a watermelon "cake."
It was fun to make, looked beautiful, and felt like a lovely, fresh way to celebrate without a traditional sponge cake.

Birthdays and milestones don't always have to revolve around cake. Sometimes the simplest ideas become the most memorable traditions. 🌿

If you're a fellow mama looking for something a little lighter, a watermelon cake is such a lovely alternative. Decorate it with yoghurt, fresh fruit, or whatever your little one enjoys, and make it your own.

🤍 Something special is coming this August...

As many of you know, I'm currently five months into my own postpartum journey. One thing I've learnt is just how easy it is to forget about looking after yourself while you're busy looking after your little one.

I was incredibly grateful to have people around me who helped with meals and cooking, but there were still plenty of days when life was so busy that convenience became the easiest option. On those days, I'd often find myself ordering a takeaway simply because I didn't have the time or energy to think about what to eat.

That's what inspired me to create something I wish every new mum had...

🌿 The Mannicitas New Mum Nourish Box – Five Days of Care.

Each limited-edition box will include:

🥘 Five freshly prepared, homemade meals
🍉 Seasonal fruit pots
☕ A Little Moment for Mum – a slice of homemade cake, a special decaf tea, a little chocolate and a positive affirmation card
💌 A handwritten note from one mum to another

Every box will be lovingly prepared in small batches and hand-delivered on selected delivery dates.

Whether you're an expectant mum, have recently welcomed a baby, or you're looking for the perfect gift for a daughter, sister, friend or colleague, I hope these boxes offer a little comfort during those precious early weeks.
