Dear community friends and family

We are appealing for a mobility scooter for a 76 year old lady who is unfortunately not able to walk much.

If anyone has one they no longer use or even has one that might need a battery or a small fix, we are greatfull for anything you can donate.

Our aim is to give this lady the ability to be able to get out and about to see family and friends and to be able to go to local shops and so on.

Please help us to her this lady who's not in a financial situation to buy one, we have helped fill in her disability forms for attendance allowance and once she gets awarded this we can get one for her from the mobility scheme.

Dear community We have a reclining sofa been donated collection only please read messages from owner.

Here are some pics of the sofa. Not new but perfect working order. Ideally whoever wants it will collect. As I work can it come to your number first and when I know when they are picking up I will make sure someone is at home. It comes apart in three parts so no need for a van. On a small car you might have to do two runs. Our postcode is cm14 5ww.

Congratulations to our very own Lorraine from Friends Of Northlands Park and Diabetes UK.

This wonderful lady has put so much into pitsea and it's sarounding area's, she has helped change so many lives and she goes out of her way ever day to help families and communities.

We are honoured to have you in our lives and are so lucky to receive all the support from you all year round.

Dear community friends and family

Thank you to 30 or so of you who have come to view the property we advertised for rent.

We can confirm that the viewing has now come to and end, so unfortunately there is no more viewing available from 1pm so please do not attend the address as it will not be available for viewing.

To everyone who has left there details behind for consideration to be the new tenant for the property the landlord will contact you by Monday to discuss going further, as despite us advertising the property on behalf of the landlord unfortunately
(we have no say in who is chosen that is completely down to the landlord and his wife)!!

We wish everyone good luck we know only to well how hard it is to find a home to rent in this day and age.
