🍰 Gluten-Free Dessert Ideas Needed! 🍰

We’re looking to add a dessert option to our gluten-free menu.

As many of you know, on our regular menu we offer battered Oreos and battered Jaffa Cakes, which are always popular. We’d love to offer our gluten-free customers something just as exciting and indulgent.

Does anyone have any suggestions or recommendations for gluten-free desserts that have worked well for them? We’re open to ready-made products, supplier recommendations, or items that can be prepared in-house.

As you’re all aware, we are currently experiencing a heatwave. During this time, we are seeing a much higher number of customers in the shop, which may result in slightly longer wait times than usual.

We kindly ask everyone to remember that we are all human and are working as fast as we can to ensure you still receive fast, high-quality service. Please continue to stay respectful and understanding during these busy times — it is greatly appreciated by all of our staff.

Both of our menus will continue to be operating throughout this period.

We understand these prices may seem a bit high, but as many of you know, gluten-free ingredients are more expensive. We’ve done our best to keep these as affordable as possible while maintaining quality.

Due to all the amazing responses on our previous post, we’re excited to let you know that we should be able to bring in a few more gluten-free options soon! 🙌

We’re currently looking at adding two different styles of pie — minced beef and lamb & mint — and even a corned beef pasty! 🥧

There are just a few final things for us to consider before they officially go onto the menu, but fingers crossed they’ll be available by next week.

The range is a little limited at the moment, but we wanted to see if anyone would be interested in purchasing any of the following:
