I’ve only just discovered what Adam’s been posting about me on here earlier!! 😳😂

I was going to send him to the cellar as punishment, but let’s face it… he’d be delighted. Any excuse to spend another hour cuddling his precious casks! 🍺❤️

Anyway, despite Adam’s best efforts to ruin my reputation, the pub is absolutely BOUNCING tonight!! 🎤🍻

John’s doing what John does best, the atmosphere is cracking and somehow Adam’s still allowed behind the bar! 😂

If you’re not here, you’re missing a good one!

🏗️ A little update on the White Lion refurbishment!

The old render is off, the roof is starting to be stripped, and work is well underway on the next stage of bringing this old building back to its best.

The White Lion has been part of Barrow since 1870, and we’re determined to keep it that way for generations to come.

A massive thank you to everyone who’s popped in for a pint, joined one of our teams or supported us over the past year.

Every bit of support helps us keep investing in this wonderful old pub. ❤️

And don’t worry, it’s business as usual inside! 🍺

Tonight it’s presentation night for our Wednesday night ladies darts team after an absolutely cracking season! 🍻

We just wanted to say a massive thank you to all the ladies for choosing to call the White Lion home. We love having you here and you bring such a brilliant atmosphere to Wednesday nights.
