We made it out alive!! Everybody smashed the Half Marathon today! It was tough but we got there😅
Unfortunately the Birthday Girl (Katie) couldn’t join us on the actual run, however she did make up for it by completing the run too this morning!

1 WEEK TO GO!🥴

With just one week until the Barnstaple half/full marathon, I think we may be 💩ing ourselves…

I think we may have been a little slack on the training (oops) but we’re going to do our best to absolutely smash it for the North Devon Hospice!

Congratulations to these guys on passing their exams!🥳

Ash has passed his Level 2 Barbering Course! 💇🏽‍♂️

Evelyn has passed her AS level in English Lit, Geography and Geology!🙌🏼

And Katie has also passed her Sports Massage Therapist course!💆🏻‍♀️
