Tickets on sale from 9.30am, tomorrow, Thursday 25th June. The job has been abandonned.

We are still serving our last Wednesday of the month lunchtime carvery today (as well as our normal menu) We've got all the doors and windows open and it's actually quite cool inside.

Finally some good news! The road should be opening up in the next 45/60mins. So there will be access overnight! It will be closed again tomorrow, potentially from 8am but there is a very good chance that the job will be completed tomorrow and it should be open again from 5/6pm tomorrow. But this isn't guaranteed. I will keep you updated 😃

Still no update at the moment but hoping to hear something soon 🤞

Unfortunately, we are looking at another road closure this week! Just up the hill from us (Barnstaple side) the road will be completely closed, no access at all, possibly 24/7 until the work is completed which may take 5 days. I am expected a call tomorrow afternoon and there is a slight chance that the road may be open in the evenings and overnight but until the workmen arrive on site and the job is fully assessed we won't know. The official work times are 8pm - 6pm but I have been told that it is highly unlikely that anyone will be there before 8.45am tomorrow to start work but if you want to be sure of getting through tomorrow morning I would suggest going through by 8am.

Anyone that needs to do the school drop off/pick up you are more than welcome to park in our car park and walk up to the school whilst the road works are happening.

As soon as I have some news I will update on here. Let's hope they get the job done quickly!!

Apart from a couple of tables of 2 lunchtime for Father's Day, we don't have any availability until 4/4.30pm and it very limited. We have a table of 6 at 4.30pm and two tables of 6/8 at 6.30pm

We do have some take away times still available at 1pm, 3.10pm and 5.20pm.
