The feel good Larder started a good 5 years ago with me (Sam) baking from home and selling my wares at South Molton Market, where the business has continued to grow. Everything in The feel good Larder is gluten free, focusing on natural ingredients. The cakes are decorated with edible flowers or nuts and seeds, they are not piled high with icing. Stu has been a barista for the past 3 years and has

a real passion for crafting a great cup of coffee. We are all about serving you great coffee and nourishing salads. You grab a plate and fill it up with scrumptious salads, sit back, relax and enjoy. Just because they are gluten free does not mean that others can not enjoy them. I get satisfaction when Stu asks if what he is eating is gluten free, I reply yes and he says 'Oh it doesn't taste gluten free' !! Please note my products are not Elisa tested. However I use ingredients that are gluten free and/or manufactured in a gluten free environment. The kitchen is a 100% gluten free kitchen

Some of you know that I (Sam) do a bit of moonlighting at the hospital on the care of the elderly ward, which is predominantly dementia. The ward is needing items for the dementia activity boxes, so have started a little collection box in the cafe for anyone who wants to make a donation. Thank you in advance 😊

We like to think our cafe is a little more than just coffee and food.

We like to feel we offer a place of calm in this crazy world. Somewhere to recharge, catch up with friends or simply enjoy a quiet moment.

But most importantly we want to be a place where people feel they are welcome - a place of connection and belonging, which is something that is sometimes amiss these days. Basically we are a big ‘hug’ of a cafe 😊
