The gala planning group came together last Monday (8 June) to kick-start plans for this year’s Kendray Gala – and we’re really looking forward to bringing it back for the community!
Now we’re inviting local talent and businesses to be part of it:
Stallholders – showcase your products, crafts or services
Performers – we’d love to hear from dance groups, brass bands, majorettes and other entertainers
This is a brilliant opportunity to get involved in a well-loved community event and help create a fantastic day for everyone.

❤️ A Little Update From Ell’s Kitchen ❤️

After a lot of thought, I’ve decided to trial new opening hours throughout the summer. Running a small business is something I love, but it’s also important to find a better balance between work and home life.

From 22nd June, Ell’s Kitchen will be open:

☀️ Monday – Friday: 9am – 2pm
☀️ Last orders: 1.30pm
☀️ Saturdays & Sundays: Closed

This is an exciting new chapter for the café, with updated menus, midweek roasts and daily specials coming soon!

Thank you so much for all your support, loyalty and kindness. I truly appreciate every single customer and look forward to continuing to serve you all during the week. 💕☕🍰🍽️
