🌿 PLEASE READ – WALKING THROUGH GRIEF BARNSLEY 🤍

We've had lots of new people finding Walking Through Grief Barnsley recently, so I wanted to share a quick update about how you can find our upcoming walks and meet-ups.

🤍 Join our private Facebook group - Walking Through Grief Barnsley - A Gentle Space For Women Navigating Grief (https://share.google/NOgriOSeIWOarvAwF)

This is our main community space and where you'll find all upcoming walks and meet-ups in the 'Events' tab, including dates, times, meeting points and any updates.

For privacy and the safety of our members, I don't publish all of our exact meeting details on our public Facebook or Instagram pages.

📧 For somebody not on Facebook?
That's absolutely fine. You can email me at [email protected] and I can add you to our email distribution list so you can still receive details of upcoming walks and activities.

❗🌿 Annual leave: I'm now officially on annual leave and will return on Monday 12 October. During this time I’ll be taking a proper break, so please don't worry if you don't receive a response from me straight away.

🥾 Our community doesn't disappear while I'm away, though. Some walks are being kindly hosted by members, and everything already arranged can be found in the 'Events' tab of our private Facebook group.

If you've recently found us and have been thinking about joining a walk, you're very welcome. You don't need to know anybody, you don't have to attend regularly, and there's never any pressure to talk about your grief. 🤍

Sometimes it's simply fresh air, gentle company and being around people who 'get it'. 🌿🥾
