Whether you’re navigating perimenopause, menopause, or simply haven’t felt quite like yourself lately, The Pause is four beautiful hours created entirely around you.

No rushing. No responsibilities. No looking after everyone else.

Just time to move, nourish, understand, reconnect and rest.

Hidden away at the stunning Woodseats Hall in Barlow, we’ll spend the afternoon moving through yoga, a delicious menopause-conscious lunch, an intimate expert Q&A, our immersive Stately Sound Bath, group hypnotherapy and a gorgeous smoothie to finish.

This isn’t about fixing menopause or giving you another list of things you should be doing.

It’s about understanding your changing body, supporting it differently and giving yourself something women so rarely allow themselves:
