2025 COMPLETE

Firstly, I want to wish all my customers of Four Seasons Catering & Fine Dine with Clive a happy new year, here's to 2026 🍻

It may come as a surprise to some, but not to others, I've decided to hang up my chefs jacket somewhat.

Although I'm not ending my time as chief sandwich maker, I will only be doing bigger buffets from now on, and other large events.
Fine Dine with Clive will continue as normal, but bookings will be needed to be made well in advance.

Many of you will be aware that I've been training to become a driving instructor, in November, I fully qualified and it's fair to say that Drive with Clive business is booming.

I feel now is a good time to step back, I feel I've lost some of my passion and don't feel its right to continue as I have been.
I'm also enjoying lots of family time, especially taking my kids to football, week in week out. It's something I've not been able to do as much previously with Saturday being a prime catering day!

The rising costs in packaging and food has been quite detrimental to the business, and I can no longer absorb the increases. So in January, I will be releasing my new prices, bookings already made for 2026 will be honoured and at the price originally quoted.

I've been a chef or worked in a kitchen for nearly 30 years now. I think it's fair to say it's taken its toll on me and my family.
Also with being a type 1 diabetic, it's only right I look after myself more!
Most days I feel like I'm too old to be doing it and I don't want it to affect my future catering work.

Hope you all had a wonderful Christmas and in 2026, don't just dream about it, go and do it! You might surprise yourself, I know I did in 2025 🙌🙌
