A little something special has landed at Chai… and it couldn’t be more local. 🍷

We’re now pouring Elise 2025 from , a family owned vineyard and stately home right here in Banstead, nestled within the Surrey Hills just a few minutes from Chai itself. In fact, it’s probably one of the most local wines you’ll find anywhere on a Surrey menu.

Established in 2022, the vineyard produces exclusively 100% Pinot Noir, grown at 150m elevation within an ancient woodland ecosystem. Production is intentionally tiny, meaning bottles are rarely seen outside a handful of carefully chosen local venues.

And the wine itself? Beautifully fresh and elegant, with bright strawberry and raspberry notes, a touch of cranberry, and a long, creamy finish that really showcases cool-climate Surrey Hills Pinot Noir at its best.

Limited availability - so if you fancy a glass, don’t leave it too long… ✨

Our next supper club is here… 🇬🇷☀️🍋

A Taste of the Med by the talented Faye Hardy lands at CHAI on Thursday 25th June from 6.45pm with a mouthwatering menu.

Think griddled asparagus with halloumi pesto, chicken keftedes, tahini chickpeas & flatbreads, plus chocolate mousse with Greek olive oil & sea salt to finish.

Tickets go live tomorrow at 7pm.

As always, our newsletter subscribers get 24 hours’ priority booking access before general release. These evenings do tend to sell quickly, so make sure you’re signed up via the link in the bio or on the website if you’d like first dibs.
