We’d a wee post up yesterday asking advice on the upcoming Fleadh festival we’re doin in August.

Had 5 different messages from people sending their phone numbers n telling us to give them a ring for a chat, People who’re either doing the same festival or have done similar.

Lots of great information gained. Such a sense of camaraderie. Everyone saying if need any help or any questions on the day they can swing by n see us…… Absolutely unreal. Thank you 🤩

Needing a bit of advice from any food vendors who’ve done any big festivals.

We’re doing the Fleadh Festival in August, 800,000 estimated to be in the Belfast area over the 8 days. We make our burgers by hand fresh. So looking to get rough numbers of a festival this sort of size of how many we’re likely to need.

Want limit wastage to a minimum nor be left short.
