🍞REAL BREAD SOURDOUGH🍞 Just a little label revision for the bread available on retail. Have you noticed them yet?

I've been studying mass manufactured bread lately in great detail. Good, locally baked bread contains flour, water, & salt (and yeast depending on the bread). Also the dough hasn't been par-baked & frozen, for a cross continent journey.

🍕A few pizza doughs went out to last week. Top tip - ensure they are thawed completely before shaping 🍕

Each batch is quality tested 👌

The dough itself is the same high hydration (75%+) sourdough pizza dough we always use in-house. It may not be easy for beginners to handle due to stickiness, but will give you amazing results anyway.

Lots of tutorials & shaping tips can be found on YouTube.

The dough man has retired from pizza because I start at 5.00am to bake bread n' that.

A small reminder that Saturday night pizza is now permanently closed.

It makes me sad when I meet so many Saturday-night-only pizza fans out and about - and we talk about this. I've met a few more this week 😢
Pizza was once open 5 nights per week. Sadly I was unable to build a sustainable team to assist me, bread was getting popular again, and I was working 4am starts with 9pm+ finishes.

With two businesses branching out of one, something had to give, it was too much 🥵🫨. The best decision I could think of was to step down pizza.
I'm thankful to everyone who has ordered, and helped over the last 5 years. It has taught me about what it takes to run a pizza business.

I have I hope I can explore pizza again some day...

For now, pizza is available 3 Friday nights per month, and there is now a new top boss lady in, casting all of the pizza magic ✨
