This morning I had a visit from this lovely lady, travelling from the island of Islay.
All for our famous Poor bears delight, she just couldn’t resist taking a gallon tub home. She was extremely prepared as you can see, she even had her own ice bag 🥰

The gallon tubs of our famous honey comb (poor bears delight) was a popular choice at the weekend for Ronans holy communion party. I can definitely say that there was no left overs 😋
Perfect for a bbq or if you are throwing a party in this beautiful weather 😍🍦 ☀️

Delighted to be interviewed for the news letter today, we have had a beautiful two weeks here in Ballycastle. Hopefully more gorgeous weather coming our way 😊☀️🍦

Northern Ireland enjoyed another day of sunshine as the province once again saw temperatures rise over 20 °C.
