🍻 NOW HIRING: SENIOR BAR TENDER🍷

📍 The Victoria Pub, Baldock
⏱ Hours: minimum 37hrs per week
💷 Pay: Competitive hourly rate + paid holidays.

Your Responsibilities:
• Preparing & serving alcoholic and non‑alcoholic drinks
• Delivering great customer service to all age groups
• Handling cash & card payments
• Maintaining cleanliness & hygiene standards
• Restocking and monitoring supplies
• Supervising bar staff
• Opening & closing the pub (keyholder duties)
• Managing AV/IT systems including Sky & TNT
• Assisting with staff scheduling
• Reporting directly to the pub manager

What We’re Looking For:
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Someone with previous bar/pub experience
• Great communication and people skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment
• Previous bar experience preferred
• Must meet legal age requirements

What We Offer:
• Flexible shifts across weekdays, evenings & weekends
• A friendly, supportive team environment
