If ever a cake said ‘Summer’! ☀️

Layers of Hummingbird sponge flavoured with tropical pineapple, banana and pecans with warming cinnamon and allspice, filled with zesty lime cream cheese icing.
Topped with a Solstice crown of roses, snapdragons, lavender, violas, pea flowers, chamomile, marigolds, Bellis daisies and meringue kisses.

*** N.B. If you are creating a cake using fresh flowers please make sure you buy them from a reputable supplier that specialises in edible flowers. Regular flowers from florists or shops are sprayed with pesticides and fungicides etc and are not suitable for cake decoration. They may also be poisonous and it’s definitely not worth the risk. ***

We are now taking orders for Christmas Cakes!
Our deliciously luxurious, rich fruit cakes are bursting with mixed fruits, almonds and delicately balanced warming spices. They are laced with brandy as they mature for 10 to 12 weeks before being covered in layers of apricot jam, marzipan and icing then finished with a festive wreath of holly leaves and berries.
We have limited availability so place your order as possible to avoid disappointment. Please note that the last order date is 13th October to allow the cakes enough time to mature.
